Refunds & Cancellations Policy
At WonderNudge Learning, we want you to be fully satisfied with your learning experience. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund or cancel your enrolment.
Refund Eligibility
Full refund within 7 days of purchase — if you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the date of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
No refund after 7 days — refund requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase are generally not eligible. However, we review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
No refund for completed courses — if you have completed more than 25% of the course content (including lessons watched and quizzes attempted), the course is considered substantially consumed and is not eligible for a refund, regardless of the time elapsed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:
- Email us at wondernudge@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
- Include your registered name and email address
- Mention the course name and date of purchase
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request

Refund Processing
Once your refund request is received and reviewed:
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account used for the purchase)
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
Cancellations
Before payment is completed: You may remove courses from your cart at any time before completing payment. No charges apply.
After payment: If you wish to cancel your enrolment after payment, please follow the refund process above. Cancellation and refund eligibility are subject to the same terms.
Coupon & Discount Purchases
For courses purchased using a coupon or at a discounted price, the refund amount will be the actual amount paid (the discounted price), not the original listed price.
Free Courses
Free courses do not involve any payment and therefore are not subject to this refund policy. You may unenrol from a free course at any time.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we detect misuse, including but not limited to:
- Repeated refund requests across multiple courses
- Downloading or copying course content before requesting a refund
- Sharing account access with others
